I bought a brushcutter there today, and it was such a great experience – the first time in ages – to be served by such a competent, motivated, friendly, and helpful salesperson. Excellent service and advice. When, despite repeated inquiries from Schmid regarding a warranty claim, I still hadn't received my chainsaw back from the manufacturer six months later, I received a new chainsaw free of charge without any fuss. That's what I call goodwill.

Hi again, just a quick question: would it be possible to borrow a Husqvarna battery-powered chainsaw from you for a day to test it? I'm thinking of buying a 540i XP and would like to see its performance for myself if that's possible.
